Direct-to-film transfers you press yourself, on cotton, polyester and blends. Order by the gang sheet — 22 inches wide by the length you need — and fill it with as many designs as fit. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, same-day with the rush option.
Ready-to-press transfers printed on film and shipped to you, so you press them yourself whenever the order comes in. They go on cotton, polyester and blends, which means one process covers tees, hoodies, bags and workwear.
You order by the gang sheet: 22 inches wide by whatever length you need, packed with as many designs as fit. You pay for the film, not for each design, so a sheet full of small logos costs the same as a sheet with one big one.
Standard processing is 24–48 hours. Orders are ready for shipping or pick-up within 1–2 business days.
Same-day printing for an additional $35, on a first-come first-served basis. The order has to be placed before 12 PM and is completed by the end of the business day. The rush fee is billed separately after the order is placed.
300 dpi PNG with a transparent background. PDF, PSD and AI are also accepted, vectors preferred. Color mode RGB. Artwork must be outlined — shadows and gradients cannot be printed.
Files are printed exactly as submitted: we do not resize, color grade or remove backgrounds.

Trim off any color registration strips with scissors — they transfer to the garment if left on.
Preheat the garment 3–5 seconds to remove moisture, then let it cool.
Place the transfer white side down, image facing up.
Press 15 seconds under firm pressure.
Cotton: 300–310 °F. 50/50 blends: 300–310 °F. Synthetics and polyester: 260–280 °F.
Peel cold — wait for the carrier sheet to cool completely.
Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5 seconds.
Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach, no softener. Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.
